We currently deliver to addresses within the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

In-stock items (case goods): Usually ship out of the warehouse within 5–10 business days.

Made-to-order or custom items: Lead times vary, but most are ready in 4–6 weeks.

Delivery time differs based on destination, please reach out to one of our reps and we will be glad to give you a more accurate estimate.

Curbside Delivery: Delivered to the nearest accessible point outside your home.

Room-of-Choice Delivery: Brought inside to the room of choice, no assembly.

White-Glove Delivery: Includes room-of-choice setup, assembly, and removal of all packaging.

You will receive order tracking once your order has been picked up and out of the warehouse. And our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. Missed appointments may incur re-delivery fees.

Inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage or missing pieces:

  1. Note it on the delivery paperwork, before signing for receipt.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours with photos.

    We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Deliveries requiring stairs, elevators, or special access may have additional fees.

Remote or hard-to-reach locations may require longer delivery times or surcharges.

Our team will inform you before shipping if this applies.

Yes. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship in separate deliveries depending on stock and production schedules.

Yes, please leave a note while placing the order and we will make sure to deliver the whole order in one shipment if it's doable, if not our team will inform you before shipping.
