Returns & Exchanges FAQ
- In-stock items (case goods): Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Made-to-order or custom pieces: Final sale after a 48-hour grace period from the time of order confirmation. Because these items are crafted specifically for you, they cannot be returned or canceled after this window.
Contact us at support@forlifehomefurniture.com or +1 307-788-2107 with your order number. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to certain items to cover handling and inspection. We’ll confirm any applicable fees before your return is authorized.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Note the issue on your delivery paperwork (if applicable).
- Email us within 24 hours with photos showing the damage to support@forlifehomefurniture.com We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost to you.
Yes you can.
- In-stock items: Orders may be canceled prior to shipment (leaving our warehouse) without penalty.
- Made-to-order items: Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placement. After that, once in production the order is final and non-refundable.
Any items sent back because they do not fit are subject to the Returns Policy stated above. If an item may fit in your room, but cannot fit through a doorway, you can accept delivery and we will put you in touch with a furniture technician who may be able to disassemble and reassemble your furniture for a fee.
